My name is Timmirian Williams, first grade teacher, and I am really glad to welcome you and your child to my classroom this year. I graduated from the University North Carolina-Greensboro with a major in Business and later completed my master's degree in Elementary Education at North Carolina A&T State University. Spartan Spirit and AGGIE PRIDE! I have taught in the Elementary grades for seven years, though I have worked at Highland Renaissance Academy for only one year.
I am looking forward to getting to know each student of my class and their parents. This year will be a challenging one for your child as compared to last year, however, I will try to make the classes more interesting, so that each child understands as well as enjoys them. I hope to make this academic year, an positive educational experience as well as a fun-filled year for the students.
If you would like to contact me to discuss your child's performance or any other problems or concerns that he/she is facing in class, you can feel free to meet me during lunch hours, between 12:15 to 12:45. It will be appreciated if you tell me a day before, to fix the meeting. Apart from this, you can also e-mail me at [email protected] or tap the link at the bottom of this page to discuss any concerns you have about your child. You also can call the school and leave a message with the school's office secretary at 980-343-5511.
